Behind the Scenes at CDI World: Capturing Our Spirit

At CDI World USA, we recently had the pleasure of inviting Marketing and Communications partner, Bluestation, to Atlanta . Their task was to produce a video showcasing our extensive facilities and dedicated team in the USA. Our goal was to provide viewers with an insider’s look at the work ethic, values, and spirit that drive CDI World USA. Over three days, the Bluestation team filmed an engaging video using drones, motion graphics, and a series of interviews. These were filled with laughter and genuine moments. As we prepare to launch this video, I want to share the process of its creation and the purpose behind it.

Day 1: Setting the Stage

Our journey began with capturing the grand exterior of our building using a drone camera. As the camera approached the building, Elbie welcomed viewers, setting the tone for the immersive experience to come. We aimed to highlight that CDI World is where innovation meets passion and collaboration drives success. Jason then led us inside, transitioning into the Bull Pen, using dynamic drone footage to emphasize the energy and values at the heart of our facilities.

Day 2: Bringing the Team to Life

On the second day, we focused on the people who make CDI World exceptional. Rachel shared how CDI World goes beyond delivering solutions to creating transformative experiences. Our team isn’t just a group of employees; we’re a family united by a shared vision.

Alicia, standing in front of our new word cloud visual on the wall, articulated our dedication to every project we take with our clients. We followed this with footage of the set-up area, spray booth, CNC & Woodworking area, before concluding with Mike speaking to the camera. This segment highlighted the comprehensive process we follow to turn visions into reality.

Day 3: Showcasing the Vision

The final day was dedicated to showcasing the broader impact of CDI World USA. We compiled footage of team members like Fred and Nikoli, capturing their dedication and passion. We even managed to capture partners, Kent from beMatrix, Patrick from CMS. Everyone spoke about the importance of client success and how it directly translates to CDI World’s success.

Mark brought it all together by discussing how CDI World USA strives to leave a lasting legacy, both through our work and our contributions to the community. This culminated in a powerful call to action, seamlessly integrated with dynamic visuals like the flicking of an iPad onto the BeMatrix Wall featuring the CDI World logo.

The Purpose Behind the Production

This video was more than just a visual tour of our facilities. It was crafted to reflect the core values and ethos that define CDI World as a global business. We aim to build lasting and meaningful connections and foster true partnerships with our clients. By showing the behind-the-scenes, from brainstorming to execution, we wanted to convey how deeply we value our clients and the collaborative journey we embark on together.

The use of drones, motion graphics, and personal interviews was intentional. We wanted to create a video that was not only informative but also engaging and personable. The laughter and candid moments captured in the interviews were genuine reflections of the camaraderie and positive work environment at CDI World USA.
