The Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Association (EACA) is the trade show and events industry association dedicated to “raising the level of service excellence on the show floor.” The Association’s recent appointment of Durl Jensen, President of Atlanta-based CDI World USA, continues its policy of drawing on the insight of highly experienced industry leaders.
Durl’s appointment comes at a time of huge turmoil and uncertainty for the trade show and events industry and for the businesses and brands it serves. “To be offered a Director’s role by the Association would be a great honor at any time but especially so in current circumstances,” said Durl, who is well aware of the challenges ahead but remains optimistic.
“The skilled people that work in our industry are amongst the most adaptable out there. They have always been about developing new approaches and finding solutions for clients. We’re seeing some really creative thinking and new ideas coming through and that’s ultimately going to make the industry stronger and more resilient.”
The Exhibitor Appointed Contractors Association is the trade show industry’s only association dedicated to “raising the level of service excellence on the show floor.” The mission of the EACA is to create tangible value for its members, and the entire trade show industry, by leveraging the combined strength of the EAC community. The association is currently comprised of more than 150 member companies representing more than 12,500 full time trade show professionals, and more than 50,000 part time trade show workers.
