As part of the CDI World succession plan, we are delighted to confirm Ian Chapman as the UK team’s new Managing Director. Ian is the current CDI World UK Finance and Commercial Director and will take up his new role on 30th June 2023.
John Robinson, the founder and current Managing Director of our UK business, will be taking on the job of Executive Director for CDI World, with group-wide responsibilities.
As clients have come to expect from CDI World, good planning is paramount. John will be assisting Ian for an indefinite period to ensure the handover is achieved seamlessly and that strategy remains on track.
“Good succession is about passing the baton onto someone you can trust to build on what we’ve achieved and provide the leadership that will take us to the next level,” said John. “I’m really glad that Ian is stepping up to this role.”
