Durl’s role involves developing and implementing long-term strategic plans to ensure sustainable growth, identifying and pursuing new expansion opportunities, and staying informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics. It also includes building and maintaining strategic partnerships and relationships, fostering a positive company culture, and overseeing marketing efforts to enhance brand positioning and drive customer engagement.

Donna’s responsibilities include leading and managing teams with a strong focus on accountability, overseeing business plans, budgeting, and profit and loss statements. It includes spearheading special projects, removing obstacles and barriers to ensure smooth operations, and managing HR, IT, and office functions. Additionally, the role encompasses monthly reporting, accounting, office management, handling MSAs and contracts, and facilities management to support overall business objectives.

Mark leads Sales and Account Management with a focus on driving new client business, supporting the Sales team in closing ideal client leads and promoting the evolution of CDI’s overall selling strategies. He also focuses on developing and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure retention, identify new sales opportunities, and to gauge client satisfaction. Mark’s role also supports sales efforts by creating new sales support materials and conducting market research to inform strategies and decisions.
